We combine direct operational experience across plant operations, commissioning, and project delivery with the ability to design and deploy AI-enabled systems. Most industrial operations still run on manual reporting, fragmented systems, and workflows built for a different era. We redesign how the work actually gets done, then build and deploy the tools that support it.
How we work
Principal-led, with senior involvement from scope to handover. We start inside the operation, not on a slide deck: where the work breaks down, what the data actually looks like, which decisions are slow and why. We engage specialist development and infrastructure resources as the engagement requires, keeping teams right-sized and avoiding the overhead of large-firm staffing models.
Who we are
Roman Olivera. Field engineer across hundreds of power plants, from outages and commissioning to commercial management and executive leadership. Always from the service-provider side, not from plant staff. Now focused on applying AI where it accelerates decisions, reduces overhead, and removes friction in industrial operations.
